- Order and contact details you give us at checkout or on WhatsApp: your name, phone number, city, delivery address and any order notes.
- Order information: the products you order, prices and your chosen payment method (Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposit). For bank deposits we receive the payment receipt you send us.
- Your cart: items you add to the cart are saved only in your own browser on your device so they are still there when you come back. This information is not sent to us until you place an order.
- We do not collect or store any debit/credit card details.
How we use your information
- To confirm, prepare and deliver your order, arrange installation and provide after-sales support.
- To contact you about your order, delivery or warranty claims.
- To send you offers or updates, but only if you have agreed to receive them. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To keep proper business records and meet legal requirements.
When we share information
- Delivery and installation staff receive the details needed to reach you.
- Brand service centres receive the details needed to process a warranty claim you ask us to make.

- We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Third-party services
- Orders are sent through WhatsApp, so WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies to those messages.
- Our website uses Google Fonts to display text; your browser connects to Google's servers to load them.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse or unauthorised access, and we keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above.
