Where do you deliver?
We deliver all over Karachi.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Delivery time and any delivery charges depend on the product and your area. Our team confirms both with you before dispatch.
How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart, go to checkout, fill in your details and tap Place order on WhatsApp. You can also message us directly on WhatsApp at 0300-9220116. Every order is confirmed by our team before dispatch.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Deposit to our Allied Bank account (title: BAHRIA ELECTRONICS, A/C 0020145127900017, IBAN PK76ABPA0020145127900017, branch 5117 Saddar, Karachi). For bank deposit, please send the receipt on WhatsApp. Only pay into this account.
Are the products genuine? Do they have warranty?
Yes. We sell genuine products, and they come with the brand's official warranty where the brand provides one. Warranty claims are handled through the brand's authorised service centre, we help you register the complaint.
Do you install ACs?
Yes, we arrange AC installation in Karachi. Charges depend on the unit and the site and are confirmed before work starts. See AC installation & services.
Can I return or exchange a product?
All sales are final: no return, no exchange. A same-day exchange is possible only on request, for an unused product in its original packing. See our Return & Exchange Policy.
Do you sell at wholesale rates?
Yes. Shops, resellers and corporate buyers can request a quotation for bulk orders. See Corporate & wholesale orders.
Why did a price change?
Appliance prices change with the market and brand updates. The final price is the one our team confirms with you before dispatch.
Can I order from abroad for my family in Karachi?
Yes. Many customers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the UK and elsewhere order for their families in Karachi. Use the currency button (bottom-left) to see approximate prices in your currency, place the order on WhatsApp 0300-9220116, and pay by international bank transfer to our IBAN (PK76ABPA0020145127900017), or your family can pay cash on delivery. We deliver all over Karachi.
